Welcome to Lost Jewellery Recovery (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using this website, including registering as a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We provide an online platform connecting individuals who have lost items with independent metal detectorists (“Members”).
£29.99 per year
Membership provides access to regional lost item reports and listing visibility.
Subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring annual billing via our payment provider.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store or process full card details on our servers.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring annual basis until cancelled.
We are not responsible for payment processing errors, technical interruptions, or service outages caused by Stripe.
If a payment fails, membership access may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.
All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable.
Once a subscription payment has been processed — including renewals — it cannot be refunded in full or in part.
Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Members are solely responsible for obtaining land access permissions and complying with relevant laws including the Treasure Act 1996 (UK) where applicable.
We accept no liability for unlawful detecting, property damage, or legal breaches.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost Jewellery Recovery shall not be liable for:
